At Core Connections, we provide expert, compassionate and hands-on pelvic health therapy that is always one-on-one in our specialized office in Centennial, CO.

Founder, Pelvic Health Physical Therapist

Dr. Leanna Racine, PT, DPT (She/her)

Dr. Leanna Racine founded Core Connections Pelvic Health in 2023 with the goal of providing expert, compassionate and specialized pelvic health care that you could trust. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Emory University, where she received the Susan B. Herdman Award for Excellence in Clinical Practice. Even in graduate school, Dr. Leanna always knew she wanted to practice pelvic health, and has dedicated her career to helping people with bladder, bowel, and sexual health - truly life’s most vital functions. She brings almost 10 years of pelvic health and orthopedic  physical therapy experience to her practice, utilizing advanced training in treatments such as manual therapy techniques, Dry Needling, advanced prolapse care with pessary fittings, mat Pilates, suspension-based neuromuscular training, strength training, and working with female athletes.  When she’s not in the clinic, you can find her spending time with husband & son, hiking, crafting, or gardening. A former collegiate soccer player and competitive athlete, Leanna still loves challenging her body with weightlifting, Muay Thai and boxing.

Pelvic Health Physical Therapist

Tina Rosen, PT, MPT (She/her)

With over 10 years of experience as a physical therapist and a unique international background, Tina Rosen, PT, MPT brings a thoughtful, compassionate approach to pelvic health. After earning her degree in Scotland, she practiced within the NHS in Aberdeenshire, where she developed a strong foundation in evidence-based, patient-centered care. Tina Rosen, PT, MPT, strives to ensure every patient feels heard, supported, and empowered throughout their recovery. She brings a warm and welcoming presence to every session (like the friend you always feel comfortable sharing details with), and by taking time to truly listen, she works skillfully to uncover the root cause of your concerns, and create an individualized plan that fits your goals, lifestyle, and season of life. Whether she's helping someone return to exercise after having a baby, overcome persistent pain, or build confidence in their body again, she is passionate about providing one-on-one care that is both highly skilled and deeply personal. Outside the clinic, you'll find her exploring Colorado with her border collie, Bree, spending time with her husband, playing classical violin, or enjoying a sunrise coffee with a great fiction book.

Rylie Dix (She/her)

From the moment you reach out to our clinic, Rylie (She/Her) is here to make your experience welcoming, seamless, and supported. Whether she's helping you find the right appointment, answering questions, or offering an extra hand to help, Rylie is dedicated to making interactions stress-free a creating a welcoming environment. Rylie understands that reaching out for pelvic health care can feel vulnerable, and she's committed to ensuring every patient feels heard, cared for, and confident from day one. Outside of work, you can find Rylie immersed in creative pursuits - especially painting and photography. She also loves spending time with her friends, family, and fiance, and adventuring with her sweet doggie - an adorable German Shepherd and black lab mix named Kenobi.
