Postpartum Pelvic Therapy
Recovering after birth looks different for everyone, but you don't have to navigate it alone. Our postpartum pelvic floor physical therapy helps you heal after vaginal delivery or C-section by treating issues like pelvic pain, urinary leakage, bowel concerns, diastasis recti, prolapse, painful intercourse, core weakness, and scar restrictions.
We believe that true healing is more than just a 6 week check up and simply being told you're "all cleared." Through one-on-one, personalized care, we'll help you restore strength, improve core and overall function, and confidently return to the activities you love—whether that's lifting your baby, exercising, or reconnecting with your body and feeling like yourself again.
